11:40 Max : I install wordpress into the same database and then use that to backup all the tables.

12:12 grumpling : rsync is great but how many people have access to a public facing linux/unix server other than their webhost?
12:12 tgbdad : @grumpling if your host has ssh you can probably do reverse rsync
12:12 tgbdad : if not, backup module fired from wget and cron would be another option
